On December 7th and 8th, 2024, eleven Southern California water polo teams competed in the Varsity Holiday Series. We won after beating J Serra High School and were undefeated in the series. The hard work is paying off. Our pre-season morning weights and pool, complemented by evening pool time, built a solid foundation for our team.
I stuck with my team and played rather than go to an away ILCA single-handed District Championship sailing event, but I look forward to the Orange Bowl Regatta later in December 2024. I was glad to earn second at the District ILCA Championships in Texas a few weeks ago.
